Playmobil Family Fun Playground 9423 in box w/ manual 4 figs-missing

Up for sale is a Playmobil "Family Fun" set #9423 in box.
Includes manual so that's how I know that a few pieces are missing.  Box has a tear on front (near the 'family fun' words).
Buyer to pay for USPS Parcel Select or Priority Mail shipping. I ship no later than next day after payment. I will combine shipping if paid together. If you buy multiple items from me, please wait for a combined invoice before paying.
I will accept returns within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping. Only original purchase price will be refunded unless error in listing.
